The bump to 0.8.0 changes the rendered footer credit (version token interpolation), so the hermetic smoke golden and the three template goldens diverged. Regenerated them (smoke golden verified against a theme-light render; template goldens via RK_REGEN_TEMPLATE_GOLDENS=1) and confirmed the diff is exactly the version line in all four. Full harness green on the bumped tree.

Land the 0.8.0 release bump on main.
The release ritual ran locally (green run →
bump --to 0.8.0→release 0.8.0→ archive verified → replay from the shipped artifact), but the bump commit couldn't be pushed directly — main's required status checks (test-matrixon both platforms) must pass on the commit, so it needs the PR path.This is exactly the bump commit (
0d81f1c) — version file →0.8.0, Living Buildlog entry, rootCHANGELOG.mdentry. The canonical zip (rotkeeper-0.8.0.zip, 320 files) was built from this tree and is already verified; after this merges, thev0.8.0tag/release will be re-pointed at main's tip.
