Do not exit the app when closing the main window

When closing the app window, the entire application exits.

Current behavior

1. Close the app window
2. The app exits ❌

Expected behavior

1. Close the app window
2. The app continues to run until explicitly requested to exit.

Why

The expected behavior aligns with the standard app/window pattern for most macOS applications.
