Open browsing-data clearing controls with ⌘⇧Delete

Problem

I'd like a keyboard shortcut to reach Search's existing browsing-data clearing controls.

On current main (491f321), ⌘Y opens History and Clear… reveals separate actions for history, cookies/sign-ins, and cache. There is no ⌘⇧Delete binding. This is based on reading the current code, rather than a runtime bug reproduction.

Proposed behavior

• ⌘⇧Delete (Command + Shift + the Mac's backward-delete key, ⌘⇧⌫) opens History with its existing Clear… controls already expanded.
• If History is already open, the shortcut reveals those controls in place.
• Opening the controls does not delete anything. The user still explicitly chooses Clear for history or cache, or Sign out of everything for cookies/sign-ins.
• Expose the same action in the History menu as Clear Browsing Data…, with the shortcut shown.
• ⌘Y continues to open the ordinary history view.

This would reuse the existing UI and clearing actions, keeping the change small and adding no dependencies.

Acceptance criteria

• The shortcut and menu action reach the same clearing controls.
• It works from a normal page, the address field, and a focused page text field, and while History is already open.
• It remains available with an empty history, since cookies or cache may still need clearing.
• Opening or dismissing the panel clears no data; Escape dismisses it.
• Plain Delete and other editing shortcuts keep their existing behavior.
• Clearing history, cookies/sign-ins, and cache remains separate, with the existing labels explaining their effects.

Scope and related work

Time-range selection and new deletion behavior can be separate proposals. This request is only for reaching the existing controls from the keyboard.

Related: #36 adds configurable shortcuts. This command should remain compatible with that work.

I'd like to contribute a small PR for this if the direction fits.

Landed on main from your own #344 (77877c2): ⇧⌘⌫, or History › Clear Browsing Data…, opens History at its clearing controls, from a page too, and deletes nothing by itself. It goes out with 1.0.4 in the next days, thanks @siiddhantt!
