Rename a bookmark or a folder from the list #341

Description

@sxivansx

A bookmark keeps the title the page had when it was added, and a folder keeps the name it was imported with. Neither can be changed afterwards: a right-click on a row in the bookmarks dropdown or in Manage Bookmarks offers Open, Move to and Remove, and nothing else. Long page titles ("Dashboard – Acme Inc. – Signed in as …") stay long, and a folder brought in from Chrome stays called "Chrome".

The code to change a title is already there — Bookmarks.update(_:title:url:) exists for chrome.bookmarks.update — it just has no way in from the app itself.

What I'd like to add: a Rename… item in the row's right-click menu, for bookmarks and folders alike, in both the dropdown and the manager (they share the same outline). It asks for the name the same way Rename Space does, with the current name in the field, and saves through update. An empty name is ignored. No switch, since renaming a bookmark is something every browser does.

Nearby: #299 (Speed Dial) adds a Rename to its tiles, but that lives on the dial and is off by default; this is for the list itself. I'll open a pull request for it.
