Guided setup wizard appears on Home tab when config is missing, walking users through config creation, auth login, smoke test, channel setup, and gateway service install. Each step is skippable via Esc. Also adds: Enter on SuggestedStep navigates to target tab, [t] smoke test on Home, config bootstrap in Settings, PubMed API key field, and [I] baseline skills install when list is sparse.
