Summary
Make
Scripts/test.shwork when the active developer directory is Command Line Tools rather than full Xcode.The script now supplies the system Testing framework's import, link, and runtime paths from
xcode-select -p. It also omits SwiftUI#Previewdeclarations only during package tests, since Command Line Tools does not shipPreviewsMacros.Validation
