What changed

• replaced the front page with an English-first, bilingual research portfolio
• added deterministic SVG architecture, metric, per-class F1, and confusion-matrix assets generated from checked-in evidence
• added an ML/research-engineering case study, explicit research-status ledger, and honest claim boundaries
• added a dependency-free public release auditor and GitHub Actions workflow
• added contribution, security, issue, and pull-request templates
• corrected stale checkpoint-reproduction wording and the historical letterbox claim
• added package metadata and GitHub language-classification hints for the provenance archive

Why

The previous repository preserved the S7 recovery chain but did not communicate the project clearly to a first-time technical reviewer. This refresh makes the verified C3-FaRNet result, architecture, engineering ownership, reproducibility evidence, and active-vs-unverified research boundary visible within the first page.

Verified evidence

• self-contained S7: 90.6323% Top-1 / 88.9197% Macro-F1 on 49,500 images
• all README plots are regenerated from results/current_best_s7
• ARCQ/TACT work is explicitly marked experimental; no RSPNet or cross-protocol SOTA claim is made
