Calling GetAccountPositionsAsync returns an empty list the 2nd time

I have code that creates a new client and lists the positions. If I execute the code twice, the 2nd call to GetAccountPositionsAsync will return an empty list. The log on IB Gateway shows that it returned the positions correctly both times.

I found the following comments near GetAccountPositionsAsync:

/// All messages are sent initially, and then only updates.
/// After sending all initial messages, an empty message with property "AccountPosition.IsEndMessage"=true is sent.

This would explain that no lines are returned in the 2nd call. However, given that each time I created a new client and disposed it, shouldn't that "restart" the feed?
