fix(audit): mask by default when a published config lacks redacted_query - #72

Hosts with a config/admin.php published before 1.50.1 have no admin.audit.redacted_query, and the code fell back to an empty list — nothing was masked. AuditLog::DEFAULT_REDACTED_QUERY is the fallback. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>

1.50.1 masked nothing in hosts with a published
config/admin.php(printable among them, seen on its stand): the key did not exist there and the fallback was an empty list.AuditLog::DEFAULT_REDACTED_QUERYis the fallback now and the shipped config points at it. Test: the key removed from config, the code is still masked.🤖 Generated with Claude Code
