Enable fzf when --fzf-bat-preview is passed without --fzf#86

Previously, --fzf-bat-preview only worked if --fzf was also specified. Now passing --fzf-bat-preview alone is sufficient to trigger fzf selection. Adds a graceful fallback (with UserWarning) when bat is unavailable. Co-Authored-By: Claude Sonnet 4.6 <noreply@anthropic.com>
