Exciting Announcement!
I’m thrilled to share with you TipSync 1.0, a small tool designed to streamline the process of calculating tips.
Objective:
TipSync aims to eliminate the hassle of calculating employee hours and hourly tips while efficiently distributing them among team members.
Features:
- Date Selection: The default date is set to the current day when you enter the app, but you can easily change it to any date of your choice.
- Tip Amount Entry: Input the total tips for the entire shift.
- Add Team Members: Add team members by entering their "Name" and "Hours Worked" in the format of hours and minutes (e.g., 5:45).
- Delete Team Members: Remove team member entries by clicking the trash icon located next to each member’s row.
Known Issues:
- Date Selection: The date picker is not functional on iPhone devices.
Upcoming Features:
- Hourly/Decimal Support: Adding an option for decimal hour calculations.
- Edit Team Member: Implementing an edit button for each team member’s entry.
- Feedback Submission: Introducing a mechanism for submitting feedback to identify issues and facilitate improvements.
- WhatsApp Sharing Button: A button to quickly share the relevant tip summary directly to WhatsApp, streamlining the copy-paste process.

- Computes total hours worked for each team member.

- Distributes the hourly tip to each employee.
