Version train for 0.5.0 — the CURRENT.md state projection release (#11 delivered as #19, hardened by #20).

• 0.4.1 → 0.5.0 in all three manifests (plugin.json ×2, package.json) — npm run check green
• README pi pins @v0.5.0 (en + zh), same five-file shape as the v0.4.1 bump (release: v0.4.1 version bump #18)

The tag v0.5.0 and the GitHub release land after the full live eval suite (release-smoke item 2) finishes green.

Note the pi pins dangle until tag v0.5.0 is pushed — the PR body already sequences that after the live eval suite, consistent with docs/release-smoke.md.
