Goal

Apply the WM3 recruiter-facing portfolio presentation rule to RepoOps without flattening the project's existing technical identity.

Portfolio rule

A recruiter should understand the project in roughly 60–90 seconds and have a direct path to validate the engineering without needing private credentials, historical event context or a specific external provider.

This PR

• preserves the existing technical documentation and evidence boundaries;
• makes the problem / engineering signal easier to understand on first read;
• exposes a fast local proof or reviewer path;
• keeps implemented/tested/demonstrated/live claims bounded;
• leaves external providers/adapters in their real architectural role.

README/presentation-only change. Merge only with the repository's own CI green on this head.
