- Moved Streamlit app to `src/app.py` with modular functions and error handling. - Converted `eval.ipynb` to `src/evaluator.py` with robust dependency handling and mock support for missing `agents` library. - Added `src/mock_agents.py` to prevent crashes when optional dependencies are missing. - Added unit tests in `tests/test_app.py`. - Created `requirements.txt` and `.gitignore`. - Removed original `main.py` and `eval.ipynb`. - Improved error handling for file I/O and API keys.

Refactored the codebase to improve stability, maintainability, and error handling. The monolithic scripts were broken down into modular components within a
src/directory. Unit tests were added to ensure reliability. Dependencies are now managed viarequirements.txt.
