…d build/dependency tweaks - Add prepared_benchmark_controller implementing prepared statements and a bulk-update path for the TFB "updates" scenario to reduce DB fan-out and verify failures. - Register prepared_* routes in examples/benchmark/FrameworkBenchmarks/basolato/main.nim. - Switch nimble dependency to use allographer#fix to pick up DB-related fixes. - Simplify Dockerfile build step (adjust ducere build flags) and add a Makefile `clean` target. - Update branch rule (.cursor/rules/branch/fix.mdc) with investigation findings and prioritized remediation: prepared statements, bulk updates, conservative maxConnections, and allographer reliability improvements.
