The required review-thread guard fails before creating a job: GitHub reports that the called workflow at
d45c0bca2cf2ccea6786c57c9b5e84df09009fc8was not found. That commit is outside the shared repository's current history, leaving generated mirror PR #1163 blocked.Pin the shared workflow and its script checkout to current shared main
8e89570d9d337b9b3f153374610e50965de8c193. Keep the existing GitHub-hosted runner selection explicit, the same required check name, high-severity threshold, permissions and settling window. This changes only a destination-owned workflow.Validation: actionlint and git diff --check passed. The PR run must demonstrate that GitHub can load and execute the guard; the guard retains its negative fixture self-test and actual review-thread query.
No-Issue: Repairs the required check blocking the existing mirror PR.
