When a policy rejection occurs, this immediately retries, but the production AiRsModel::stream builds its request solely from to_ai_messages(ctx.history()) (packages/dex-host-rs/src/model.rs:536), while ModelAttemptAbandoned does not add the rejected completion to history and no code consumes Context::content_policy_repair_guidance. Thus the retry has no model-visible explanation of the violated rule (or the rejected draft) and will commonly repeat the same response until the two-attempt cap fails the turn, despite recording feedback here. Render that guidance into the next model request before retrying.
