fix: use projected distribution validator path

Problem

The destination workflow looks for the projected validator under scripts/projections/, but Mono's reviewed plugins projection places it under scripts/. Once the first payload lands, the workflow's file check would fail before distribution validation runs.

The workflow now checks and executes scripts/distribution-validation.mjs, matching the source projection mapping. Its existing projection-state gate, tools, and validation command remain intact.

Validation: actionlint .github/workflows/projection-validation.yml and bash .github/scripts/inspect-projection-state.test.sh passed locally. The projected payload itself is not in this CI-only PR and will be validated in the subsequent source payload PR.

No-Issue: Repair the initial standalone projection validation path before publishing the first payload.
