v6 heavy agents advertise image=evalops-platform-ci-v6 but do not ship cargo. Bootstrap rust via pinned mise before fmt, test, clippy, audit, and MSRV.

Summary
Sandboxwich validation now targets the connected
hetzner-linux-heavyv6 workers. The previous medium/v3 selectors left current-head jobs scheduled with no matching agent. This is the Sandboxwich slice of cross-repository queue recovery; Maestro's current mirror head already uses v6 and Ghostlight is handled in dx-corp/ghostlight#63.Changes
