Welcome to the Smoldyn-Initial-Repository wiki!

To collect data with this repository, you will need to take the following steps:

1. Install Smoldyn. Everything here was written with the 2.55 source code Smoldyn package, which can be downloaded at http://www.smoldyn.org/download.html
2. Add all of the associated libraries to your dynamic libraries folder, /usr/lib/.
3. Run the make file in each folder
4. Several shell scripts written for executing the programs multiple times with multiple parameters have been written already, and running them will recreate the data given in the Figures folder.
5. MATLAB scripts and functions to analyze the data are included for the user as well.
