Use OpenCV.Net and Dynamsoft Barcode Reader to create a barcode reader app on Windows.
- Visual Studio 2015
- Load the project to Visual Studio.
- Connect a webcam to PC.
- Build and run the app. Use 'ESC' to quit the app.
