create uprez playlist

i should be able to create an uprez playlist of any playlist, not just in the flow app.
we already have a "create playlist" form, just need to make it an option.

OK this was done with #751 but now we still need to modify the flow and action apps to connect to the uprez app, instead of having their own UIs.

in the title bar, in between the 3 buttons for the 3 apps on the left, and the credits section on the right, add a new section for the playlist name.

This has a text box where i can enter the name of the playlist, and there is a save button. it should be initialized from the time and date like it is now. the button can say open if you haven't started editing, but once you edit it should switch to save. the reset button should still work & would set this back from save to open.

if you click open it uses the dialog we already have for the uprez app.

when you click save, the session state for the app gets saved into the JSON for the playlist.

so we need an "open in studio" button on the playlist view too.
click edit and button "studio" with paintbrush icon appears. click to open and load it.

is the "run uprez" button impacted? seems we just need "open in studio" which then has its own "run" button but with more info. doesn't really hurt to have the shortcut button i guess.

OK the plan above for the UI is good but use the "phase 1" infrastructure of e-dream-ai/backend#397 instead of the JSON field.
