Rename repo to follow new GPU container naming convention

The video repo is a RunPod GPU container (video ingestion/processing: thumbnails, filmstrips, transcoding) and should be renamed to match the rest of the gpu-container-* family for discoverability and consistency.

Proposal

Rename to gpu-container-ingestion.

Caveat — naming convention is under review

The gpu-container- prefix is too long for all the repos that now use it (gpu-container-deforum, gpu-container-ltx, gpu-container-nvidia-vsr, gpu-container-uprez, gpu-container-wan22, and the base gpu-container). We'd like to settle on a shorter, cleaner naming scheme for the whole family soon. This rename should probably wait on — or be coordinated with — that decision so we don't rename twice.

Rename checklist (for whenever it happens)

• Finalize naming convention for the gpu-container-* family
• Pick the final name for this repo
• Rename on GitHub (auto-redirects old URLs)
• Update metarepo/AGENTS.md repo + deployment tables
• Update RunPod endpoint config / env vars referencing the repo
• Update CI (Docker Hub push, GitHub Actions) referencing the old name
• Update any backend/worker config that references the image name
• Notify team in Slack
