Only support reading from java.io.File; not from other InputStreams

If we need to apply it in a Web service, then obviously we need to support reading from java.io.InputStream directly, e.g. from an uploaded MultipartFile.

In the forked Xcelite, there is a constructor public Xcelite(InputStream inputStream) that solves this problem.
