1.0-beta-3: Added eIDAS tests

Note:
The module eidsrv-testbed-eidas-ext must be compiled and started separately. It is recommended to run it within Eclipse.
The module contains cryptographic operations for eIDAS that are currently not supported within the GlassFish based environment of the eID Server Testbed.
