Feature Request
Current functionality:
The current time-of-day filter allows users to filter camera trap observations by clock time, as seen in the interface below:

Proposed enhancement:
Add a toggle switch in the upper left corner of the time filter panel that allows users to alternate between conventional clock time and solar time.
Requirements
- The toggle should allow switching between "Clock Time" and "Solar Time" display and filtering.
- When "Solar Time" is selected, the time-of-day filter should map observations relative to local solar time (e.g., sunrise, solar noon, sunset, solar midnight),
- Solar time must be computed individually for each deployment based on its coordinates and date, as described in 10.1111/j.1469-7998.2011.00864.x.
- The UI should clearly indicate which mode is displayed and filter observations accordingly.
Rationale:
Solar time provides better ecological context for animal activity patterns and would enhance biological data interpretation, especially for research across time zones or regions with varying day lengths.
