Release 1.9.6

Version bump for the next release. The tag v1.9.6 will be pushed against main after this PR merges.

Added

• Count metric toggle on the Explore tab: N ind. (max same-frame count per sequence) vs N obs. (one per sequence with the species), persisted and applied across rail, map, timeline, daily activity, and hover cards.
• Relative abundance index metrics (RAI ind. / RAI obs.) on the Explore tab, normalized by camera effort across all views.
• Camera effort (camera-days) on the Deployments tab: per deployment, per co-located group, and study-wide, with explanatory tooltips.
• Deployment start/end marks on activity sparklines (bars and heatmap), union ranges on section headers, and a "not deployed" cursor pill outside the selected deployment's window.

Fixed

• Indented child rows on the Deployments tab misaligned their sparkline with the header's date axis and hover ruler.
• macOS builds: electron-builder updated so code signing works in CI.
