Usage:
- you may need to edit bin/go/wsproxy.go and/or lib/js/auth.js as needed
- build c code with emscripten for draw device
- build and install plan 9 c and rc programs and scripts
- serve repo with httpd
- build and serve websockets with wsproxy.go
