- try building all versions in PRs to avoid nasty surprises when publishing - support 3.9 to 3.13 for cpython (3.8 has been EOL since 2024) - support 3.10 pypy (only versions supported in pypy v7.3.19 and pyo3 0.22.6) - re-enable musl builds
