This PR adds support for caching Simulink blocks (blocks exclusively, not signals/lines or block ports). Where caching is not currently supported as far as the Simulink driver is concerned, the elements that cannot be cached at the moment will always be retrieved from the model instead regardless of the use of caches being enabled or not.
New tests have also been implemented to verify that caches are handled correctly.
