Reviewed the single-line Dependabot bump in the Rust pre-commit template.
- zizmor pin bump —
templates/pre-commit/rust/.pre-commit-config.yamlmoves thezizmor-pre-commitrevfromfa41207…(v1.30.1) toc92afdf…(v1.31.1). The SHA is the commit the upstreamv1.31.1tag points to, and the# frozen: v1.31.1comment matches the formattools/test_templates.pyenforces. The release is a regression fix fordangerous-triggersignores.
Sibling lag is expected: the other seven templates/pre-commit/<stack>/ configs and edbfi-ci's own .pre-commit-config.yaml still pin v1.30.1 until Dependabot opens their PRs, and no test requires the pins to match. design/prek.md Parameters still says zizmor 1.30.1 ([V, 2026-10-08]); update it once the last sibling merges.
