chore(deps-dev): bump typescript from 6.0.3 to 7.0.2 - #245

The Pullfrog run finished successfully.

No new issues. The new head (9a380c9) is a rebase of the same Dependabot commit. The diff is still the typescript 6.0.3 → 7.0.2 bump in package.json and bun.lock, so no re-review was warranted. The earlier peer-range concern (svelte-check and @sveltejs/kit don't declare TS 7 support) still stands and depends on the checks CI job passing.
