FIX: Obsolete android plugin

PR Fixes issues related with launching plugin on newest sdk.

Commited everything that just entered the flow, if someone thinks that we can remove something safely just ping me :D

           depend on it to compile against version 34 or later of the
           Android APIs.

           Recommended action: Update this project to use a newer compileSdk
