Read selected Git index blobs in two batches instead of spawning one Git process per file, while retaining separate checks of current working files. Refuse malformed, oversized, missing or replaced objects; independently verify framing, object type and Git digest. Disable lazy fetching and object replacement. Keep the historical RPC checker and its pinned inputs unchanged.
Validation: all 4,246 offline Python cases passed with four supervised shards, no skips or resource warnings, plus artifact checks. Twenty new controls cover both Git object formats, duplicate and binary selections, unresolved stages, replacement refs, promisor fetch refusal and disclosure handling. The earlier full-suite failure and interrupted focused attempt remain failed. Fresh hosted checks are pending.
This changes artifact hygiene only. Native Go execution was not repeated. The local checker measurements are not a controlled whole-suite speedup result. Application/core remain NO-GO and independent assessment remains unfilled.
