Embedded argument-byte pricing at
661b5ef404487cd41685654bf87530f10adebbe4changes admission of the existing signed Unlock examples even though the selected PTLC files remain unchanged. Add the immutable 518-file selection, 85 independent pricing cases and two upstream runtime profiles. Preserve the historical corpora and recovery-journal pin.For twelve Dynamic Plasma diagnostics, derive the earlier insufficient-total-Plasma refusal from the declared 73,500 Plasma and the 84,380 canonical requirement (84,448 for the trailing-byte diagnostic). Check the VM's derived metadata on the call copy while preserving the immutable original bytes, hash, signature, public key and predecessor state. An earlier local expectation failed at this fee check; its original failure evidence remains preserved. No original is topped up, replaced or signed again.
All 31 profiles share one 543-file source view, one fresh compiler cache and one cold build, with default vet and
-count=1. Keep 642 project reference outcomes separate from 58 selected upstream top-level functions. Replace the current-core CI selection while preserving the other jobs. The selected profiles do not qualify the new full-chain HTLC/bridge bounds, consensus traversal or downloader suites.Validation: 64 focused controls and all 4,471 local offline tests passed without skips or resource warnings. The fresh Darwin Go 1.23.12 run completed 35 commands and retained all 62 original profile streams. All 73 selected originals passed value/privacy checks, 50 self-consistent altered-copy refusals, 20 producer-format refusals and 29 synthetic component guards. Workflow controls cover 26 jobs and nine original artifact families. Toolchain/SDK provenance and independent protocol assessment remain unfilled; these data controls establish no hosted origin.
Fresh hosted PR checks and original-artifact acceptance are required before integration. Push-triggered main CI has a separate acceptance gate. Application/core remain NO-GO and recovery action remains NONE. Complete admission, signed-account custody, canonical observation, settlement and finality are not established.
