Thanks for this! Do you want to modify your PR to use the newer type annotation syntax for python 3.10 and above? I think we can release a major version and drop python 3.8 and 3.9 support. |

Hey, I'm using this for a project and thought it would be nice to not get the squiggly lines 😄
Syntax should be compatible with Python 3.8
