FreeITSM is going multi-lingual

I have started work on making FreeITSM multi-lingual. So far I have done this for the Process Mapper module to make sure my approach works technically and scales. To see it in action go to System -> Preferences then choose your language and jump back to the Processes module. If your language isn't available, then drop me an email or raise an issue here on GitHub and I'll set it up for you.
