Context

A VS Code extension with highlighting + diagnostics is a named high-priority follow-up and the first editor integration.

Scope

  • Syntax highlighting (TextMate grammar) for .wire.
  • Diagnostics via the language server (depends on it) or the parse API as an interim.
  • Packaging/publishing notes.

Acceptance

  • Opening a .wire file shows highlighting and live diagnostics.

Best built on top of the headless language server.
