Context

Suggested fixes are part of the diagnostics contract (mechanical, high-confidence only). Broadening coverage directly improves the agent/editor authoring loop.

Scope

  • Audit current diagnostic codes for where a mechanical fix is safe (e.g. canonical capitalization, alias replacement, designator prefix).
  • Add SuggestedFixes where high-confidence; never invent circuit intent.
  • Tests asserting the fixes.

Acceptance

  • More diagnostics carry actionable fixes; behavior matches the Diagnostics section of docs/MVP.md.
