Roadmap: post-1.0 — plugins, components, and the missing pieces

Where we are

v0.1.0 (the MVP) is published: hand-written parser, standard library, deterministic layout engine, and SVG renderer, with a CLI and the public parse/compile/renderSvg APIs.

Where we are going

This is the top-level tracker for everything after 1.0, grouped into epics. Milestone: Post-1.0: plugins, components & ecosystem.

Epics

Suggested order

1. Plugin ADR + custom-library API (Epic: Plugin / extensibility system #40) — unblocks community contributions and board-module presets.
2. Honor layout hints (Epic: Honor recorded layout and render hints #42) — removes the not-yet-honored warnings users hit today.
3. Components (Epic: Expand the standard component library #41) — many are good-first-issue sized and showcase the plugin work.
4. Tooling (Epic: Editor, browser, and ecosystem tooling #43) and refinement (Epic: Authoring refinement and polish #44) — broaden reach.

Per AGENTS.md, every change here must keep docs/MVP.md, CONTEXT.md, docs/adr/, and skills/wire-lang/ in sync.
