Reporting a bug

We have two routes for reporting bugs. You can use either one you like. First is traditional Github issue tracker and second is Pilviväylä's own QA service (kysy.pilvivayla.fi). The first one is well-known among developers and most of them are familiar with it. However, not all are developers but might face some bugs and need an optional tool to report bugs (and feature requests).

When using GitHub issue tracker, you need to have github account. Creating that might be a good idea anyway, if you don't have it yet.

QA service is based on categories. We have created categories for bugs. Using below categories when reporting bugs, helps the developers to find bugs in listings (partially automated collection).
- If the bug is related to portal, use category: portaali bugi
- If the bug is related to QA service (kysy.pilvivayla.fi), use category: kysy bugi
- If you don't know which of the above, use category: bugi
