Kepler is a python wrapped analytic two body orbit propagator written in Fortran 90

Use the compile.sh script to create an F2PY wrapped verison of the kepler module.

Alternatively, the makefile in the src folder allows to troubleshoot compilation issues by creating an F90 test program without F2PY

The notebook directory contains an example Jupyter notebook.
