What shipped

• Adds landing-launchkit@1.0.0 as a distinct profile derived from the generic React/Vite foundation through an ordered, digest-recorded overlay.
• Pins and audits Evil Martians LaunchKit at b51f64e1bd88a01608c1561a2d3240f230de4f46, retains the complete MIT notice, and records exactly what was adapted versus excluded.
• Parameterizes the developer-product surface through a typed holon.launchkit-content/v1 manifest: hero, demo, features, use cases, code, architecture, integrations, trust, FAQ, final CTA, footer, and legal links all omit cleanly when optional.
• Consumes Identity stylesheet/assets/metadata without copying Identity ownership; retains Egolint and Relay capability boundaries.
• Pre-renders complete semantic HTML, progressively hydrates it, uses native disclosure and responsive wrapping, honors reduced motion, and enforces JavaScript/CSS/HTML budgets.
• Proves materially different full and compact pilots with disposable OptiFlow and Mantle fixtures.
• Extends the materializer with explicit ordered overlays and canonical JSON substitution while preserving plan identity, ownership, rollback, and per-file provenance.

Contract boundaries

• Agent-Ready Web issues Generate universal human- and machine-readable discovery artifacts #7–Research agent-efficient alternate site representations and content negotiation #10 remain explicit contract-pending composition slots.
• Legal/policy links work now; reusable route projection remains owned by Package reusable legal, policy, trust, accessibility, and help site surfaces #11.
• No downstream product repository is migrated here. Holon Package reusable landing, docs, and architecture site blueprints #4 and the Identity Backfill repository ADR history and enable continuous decision capture #56/Holon #6 — Materialize inherited ADR foundations #57 dogfood sequence remain follow-on work.

• 40 Python contract/materialization tests
• 18 Repository Intelligence JavaScript tests
• React/Vite blueprint validator and clean consumer proof
• LaunchKit validator plus both pinned clean-room consumers
• Per pilot: frozen install, Biome, Oxlint, dependency graph, strict TypeScript, Vitest, SSR/static build, budgets, link/fragment checks, no placeholders, byte-reproducible rebuild, live preview, and reviewed semantic HTML/CSS snapshots
