🌐 Compose reusable landing, docs, and architecture sites

What changed

• establish an independent docs-zensical@1.0.0 rendered pack with Zensical 0.0.57, pinned upstream/license evidence, and a universal hash-locked Python dependency graph
• add a closed content contract for documentation, architecture, and legal projections
• compose either generic React/Vite or LaunchKit with Zensical into one deterministic GitHub Pages dist artifact
• preserve stable routes at /, /docs/, /architecture/, and /legal/
• provide Holon generic and OptiFlow LaunchKit clean-room pilots, exact artifact snapshots, live preview, accessibility/static-reference checks, and unsafe-URL rejection
• add canonical-JSON scalar substitution so consumer strings remain valid in generated source
• record ADR-009 and reconcile the roadmap, system, architecture, and CI contracts

Ownership boundaries

Identity remains the source of reviewed stylesheet, favicon, and product metadata inputs. Relay owns publication and rollback; Egolint owns quality policy; Hygiene and consumer source own architecture truth; policy owners retain legal truth; Pace owns reconciliation; Observatory owns visibility evidence.

Agent-Ready Web #7-#10 and the reusable legal source adapter #11 remain contract-pending. Identity #56/#57 and Antidote adoption remain downstream; this PR changes no downstream repository.

Verification

• 45 Python contract/materialization tests
• 18 Repository Intelligence tests
• clean React/Vite consumer with frozen pnpm graph and byte-reproducible build
• both LaunchKit pilots with frozen graph, checks, byte budgets, deterministic builds, and live preview
• generic and LaunchKit site suites with hash-pinned Python installs, all quality gates, two byte-identical builds, exact artifact snapshots, and live HTTP checks for all four routes
• profile inventories, upstream pins, JSON contracts, and git diff --check
