feat(channels): publish canonical organization registry

Summary

• add a versioned identity.channel-registry-source/v1 contract with separate lifecycle and verification states, governed account ownership, accessible link labels, reviewed icon metadata, and an explicit no-secrets boundary
• publish the canonical Ego Hygiene registry with X, Bluesky, Threads, Instagram, Pinterest, Mastodon, Discord, and Open Collective honestly recorded as planned until real accounts are reviewed
• generate deterministic registry JSON/Markdown, active-only badges and footer links, integrity evidence, checksums, and a reproducible archive
• make Press Kit social links and social-surface channel targets consume the same approved active registry records
• document activation, existing-account migration, rollback, impersonation-risk retention, and private recovery responsibilities

Safety properties

• planned, reserved, active, unavailable, deprecated, and impersonation-risk lifecycle states remain distinct from verification
• verified accounts require public evidence
• active accounts require canonical HTTPS URLs
• only badge-approved active accounts reach public badges, footers, Press Kits, or social target links
• credentials, recovery codes, MFA material, and private contact details are forbidden from the public contract

Validation

• python3 -m unittest discover --start-directory tests --pattern "test_*.py" — 86 passed, 1 expected local-artifact skip
• repository documentation-link verification passed
• all checked-in JSON contracts, publication data, profiles, migrations, and fixtures parsed
• Python compilation and git diff --check passed
• release, mascot, publication architecture, release-config, and extraction verification passed
• renderer source check and 21 tests passed; production renderer build passed with pinned pnpm 11.21.0
• local Rust gates were unavailable because this environment has no cargo; required GitHub CI remains authoritative
