Implement HTTP server that will provide a way to download pcap files from a device

HTTP server should provide a basic website that will show captured pcap files and allow users to download them.

I think captured files should be represented as a list with some concise info (when they were captured, to which app (or global) they are related, etc).

If we implement the feature, it will not be required for users to connect their devices to PC to copy pcap files to PC to analyze them.
