This repository contains our collected knowledge of how to set up and configure PhenoTips. It is divided into two parts:
- Server Administration: How to set up a PhenoTips server, make backups, and update the PhenoTips version
- Site Administration: How to configure PhenoTips groups, forms, and user interface components
