Suggestion: Order EIPs/ERCs by status importance and not alphabetically

In the old EIP rendering for all (which is now EIPs by satus) the ordering was Living / Final / Last Call / Review / Draft / Stagnant / Withdrawn

Now it is Draft / Final / Last Call / Living / Review / Stagnant / Withdrawn

The original order seemed better, as EIPs that are final are referenced more often than others.
