@robbavey, we need to decide what to do with the jdk17-upgrade section. Maybe rename it to "Using JDK 21" now that JDK 21 is the default, and updating content in that section accordingly? If a user already made the settings changes for JDK 17, the info might not apply, but the directions are such that I don't think they would confuse anyone.
Update: I have an idea how to handle this. Proposal in latest commit.
