Extends withSpan to accept a structured payload and duration_ms field, then wires snake_case fields into all loader-related spans: loader-resolve-deps, loader-codegen, loader-codegen-project, loader-bundle, loader-bundle-esbuild, loader-export-project-config, loader-prefill, and resolveLatestProjectVersions.
